Who we are

ProNav LTD builds and publishes mobile apps and related services. This Privacy Policy applies to our apps, including WordGrid and Growth Catalyst.

Data we may collect

• Contact messages you send via the website contact form (email + message).

Local app data

WordGrid may store gameplay progress, preferences, WordGrid Tokens, Word Bursts, boosted completions, rewards, hints, Reading Comfort visual-comfort settings, and puzzle progress locally on your device. WordGrid Packs grant fixed local in-app rewards, including WordGrid Tokens, Word Bursts, and boosted completions. Rewards and other local app data are stored on your device, used to provide app functionality, and are not collected by ProNav LTD.

WordGrid does not provide an account system, backend sync, or cross-device recovery for local rewards.

Growth Catalyst does not require account sign-in, does not use ads, and does not use subscriptions. It may offer an optional one-time Full Unlock purchase through the relevant app store. Reflection content, journal entries, check-ins, progress information, and similar personal reflection data are stored locally on your device. ProNav LTD does not operate a cloud account system for Growth Catalyst and does not receive, manage, or server-store private journal or reflection content through a backend service. App store purchase processing is handled by the relevant platform provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, and not directly by ProNav LTD. You can delete local Growth Catalyst app data using in-app controls where available, device settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Third-party services

Some apps and services may use third-party providers for functions such as support, update checks, legal or store link flows, website contact form handling, and content delivery where those functions are active.

When these providers are active for a particular app or service, they may collect and process information needed for the relevant function according to their own policies and terms.

Some ProNav LTD apps may offer optional one-time purchases, such as app packs or Full Unlock features. Purchase processing is handled by the relevant app store provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. ProNav LTD does not directly process app store payments, card details, refunds, or platform billing decisions.

How information is used and shared

ProNav LTD uses information to run and support apps, respond to support requests, maintain reliability, and provide the relevant app or website services. Relevant data may be processed by third-party service providers where needed to deliver those functions.

WordGrid Packs do not add a ProNav LTD backend, Firebase, Cloud Functions, server-side purchase verification, or account system.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, operational, or support requirements.

Your choices

• You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it.

App-specific notes

WordGrid

WordGrid is a puzzle game published by ProNav LTD.

WordGrid is available through supported app store platforms, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. WordGrid data such as gameplay progress, settings, unlocks, and optional client-only packs is stored locally on your device unless a platform feature states otherwise. Optional purchases are handled by the relevant app store provider.

WordGrid is ad-free. It does not use AdMob, Google Mobile Ads, UMP, rewarded ads, banner ads, or Android Advertising ID.

Internet access may be used for app update checks and to open store, legal, or privacy links externally or in a browser flow as applicable.

Growth Catalyst

Growth Catalyst is a private reflection and personal growth app published by ProNav LTD. It does not require account sign-in, does not use ads, and does not use subscriptions. Reflection content, journal entries, check-ins, progress information, and similar personal reflection data are stored locally on your device. ProNav LTD does not operate a cloud account system for Growth Catalyst and does not receive, manage, or server-store private journal or reflection content through a backend service. Growth Catalyst may offer an optional one-time Full Unlock purchase through the relevant app store. Full Unlock may include Reflection Journal, Progress Map, Guided Visualization, and Golden Thought Mechanism.

Connect Wars is a game published by ProNav LTD. Any app-specific data practices will be described here when applicable.
